Shore Architecture were commissioned to redevelop and extend the existing building at 1 Poole Road into 30 luxury apartments on the West Cliff in Bournemouth Town Centre. The modern scheme compliments the surrounding properties and features copper effect cladding and balconies. The scheme is currently in planning.
