Shore Architecture have designed 14 flats in the centre of Poole, as part of the Build to Rent initiative. The modern design complements the traditional use of red facing brick in the local area. Shore were involved with RIBA Stages 0-5, with Shore gaining planning permission for the scheme as well as completing the technical drawings and will be managing the project during construction.
