Lagland Street

Currently under construction in Poole town center, our 14 residential apartment scheme has been designed in consideration with BREEAM and Passivhaus design principles. By utilizing Structural insulated panels (SIPs), appropriate insulation and having reliable ventilation systems with heat recovery. The existing unused structures on site have been demolished, and the SIPs, fabricated by Ecologic, have already been positioned on site. Due to the urban location of the site, party wall agreements were agreed with the neighboring properties prior to construction commencing.
